Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 26, 2026
Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sidrion LLC (“Sidrion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website, sidrion.com (the “Site”).

Sidrion LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Our address of record is 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. You can reach us at info@sidrion.com or +1 (850) 483-4587.

The short version

This Site is an informational page about our company. It has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account system, no shopping cart, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not ask you for personal information here, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.

Information we collect

Information you give us

The Site itself does not collect information from you. If you choose to contact us using the email address or phone number listed on the Site, we will receive whatever information you include in that message — typically your name, your email address or phone number, and the contents of your inquiry. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested. This typically includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page you requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. These server logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Cookies

The Site sets only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. See our Cookie Notice for detail.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

  • respond to inquiries you send us;
  • operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical problems; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Our web host and email provider process data on our behalf in order to deliver the Site and our email. They are permitted to use that information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If Sidrion LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure it remains subject to protections consistent with this Policy.

Our brands and other properties

Sidrion LLC operates other businesses and brands, including Yanee AI (real-time multilingual captioning and translation for live events). That property has its own website, its own data practices, and its own privacy policy. This Policy applies only to sidrion.com. If you use one of those services, please read the privacy policy published on that property.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and this Policy does not apply to them.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to address your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable business record, and thereafter as required by applicable law. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period consistent with its standard practice.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information — such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers — to us by unencrypted email.

Children’s privacy

The Site is directed to a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@sidrion.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — including the right to request access to it, correction of it, or deletion of it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of certain U.S. states and of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may have additional rights.

Because this Site collects so little, in most cases the only information we hold about you is correspondence you sent us directly. To make a request, email info@sidrion.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may decline requests where an exception applies.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and our service providers operate in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
